Me and a new gf have been talking and have found that the cuck and cuckquean is something that really turns us on. Most wouldn't be thrilled by it, but it's the reality of the lifestyle. If you play with a couple, then for them their relationship will always be infinitely more important to them than you are. And you'd be unwise to expect any aftercare.

To answer the question re: upset women, if someone is cuckqueaning and the woman joining the couple doesn’t know they have this dynamic and hears something like “this is what a real woman is like. You’re just meaningless/useless fuck meat” Aimed at the cuckquean (correct spelling) and doesn’t know it’s coming or a part of the couple’s dynamic, she might be shocked and upset. Equally if the male partner just jumps to a statement such as the above without prior discussion/checkins it can come as a shock and be upsetting.
