If you’re heading to Phuket then the “Rock Hard” bar is really good, and I believe caters for couples, you can google what to do, you have prices for lady drinks who sit with you and bar fine for taking the ladies out of the bar, but google the bars before you go, some rip you off so need to review them

I was there last week, it's not as busy as before covid, lots of Indians booking up the hotels but that leaves the bars and ladies for people who want them, similar prices but some bars have put up bar fines, lady drinks the same prices but lots pushing for a drink and shot same time
