I need to get a pair of blindfolds for a thing I’m hosting later in the year and I’m wondering are they all the same or does the material, design add different sensations or feelings. Like a leather one compared to a silk/satin one. |

"Leather feels very different to silk or satin, harsher and it has a distinct smell.
Silk or satin is very slippery and can fall off or if knotted come loose. "
Thanks for that |

"I actually prefer something called
a "mindfold", with the space for the eyes so you can have the eyes open while wearing it. And I very much enjoy the soft feel, like velvet or similar. "
I didn’t know such a thing existed, I’ll check it out thanks. |

Definitely recommend one where there’s room for the eyes and eyelashes and a nose fold, that kind of warps over the top of the nose so you can’t peak through the gap (though sometimes that’s really hot to do 😉)

We've used a mindfold for years. Comfortable to wear for long periods of time and total black out. Not particularly sexy looking unless you're going for that Guantánamo Bay detainee aesthetic in your play. |
