I have been pegging hubby for quite a few years. Tips that work for us, start small, go slow, take breaks with a butt plug in, lying face down or on top allows for better control, we used various lubes but find vaseline works really well and if in doubt lube more  |

You can buy lube specifically for anal aswell as anal relaxing sprays and another smelling option if you wanted to brave that route
You can buy all kinds of depth trainers, these will work better than plugs as the size is constant/gets larger rather than super narrow once in place, headpspace plays a big factor even well experienced recievers are to tight on days their heads not in it  |

I’m now very accomplished at anal play (can be double fisted) and have been training my petite girlfriend too for a couple of years to the point when she can take a fist.
As someone has pointed out already, something that will hold you open rather than close around over insertion is good.
An inflatable plug is also good as you can make it larger as you get more experienced, but pull it out while still inflated to get used to the stretch. |

Vaseline was a revalation to me once I stopped worrying about condoms. Gives a much smoother experience than any of the water or silicon based lubes. P*ppers can also help you learn how to relax your arse muscles to take it. |

Yeah this. I'm quite tight but my recent guy never seems to have a problem and he's not small.
But he does apparently know exactly how much lube to use.

Start with smaller butt plugs work upwards

Good quality lube, maybe try a fisting lube as that are very slippy for first timers all be it expensive.
Never use numbing sprays or lube with any type sensation additives, A - most sting the anus and B - there’s a reason you feel pain, numbing it can cause damage and tearing.
