It’s a pretty good profile overall.
However, there are some spelling and grammatical errors. There's also some very long sentences, including the biggest paragraph. These would benefit from being broken down into shorter sentences.

I am not at all your target demographic, but this is such a genuinely great profile. The text is very straightforward and informative. There is reference to a touchy subject in there which I can imagine was hard to decide to put in there, but as you say you are trying to be as transparent as possible. Also fantastic to see both of you represented in your pictures, its a breath of fresh air and a great profile through and through.

I'm another 'not your target demographic', but am happy to give some feedback .
This is a really good, informative and clear profile. You cover who you both are sexually and have articulated what you are looking for well.
I also agree with the poster above: you've bravely decided to touch on some sensitive topics, which are important for anyone wishing to form a genuine connection. The photos are alluring and -again- brave, which reiterates how open/honest you both are.
As a side point: it is a certain type of person that actively opens themselves up for feedback, which to me is actually quite attractive and admirable.
Overall, there is very little to comment critically on.
With the caveat that we may be venturing into personal preference than actual general improvements, there are two things that would make the profile more appealling to me.
Firstly, you mention the social aspect is important to you both. You could provide a bit of info about who you are as people, e.g., music, food, hobbies etc to paint a more rounded picture. Secondly, as a bi guy, (although I enjoyed the photos of E) I do think that the pictures focus far more on E than D. If I play with a couple, I generally want to see 'a bit more' of both halves before committing.
I do believe feedback is a gift, so I hope this is in anyway useful.
