Make menopause is a real thing that does affect many men. Loss of libido is common. Speak to gp as someone mentioned earlier |

The right partner is everything.
Maybe try meeting a soft swap partner / partners for a while. Having a little solo fun with someone can also help you build up to something else. Probably not easy to find, but the outcome could be worth the effort. |

You likely struggled once and now the psychological affects are, you’re thinking about that time which is causing you to become anxious about not fulfilling either yours or your partners needs.
Speak to someone regarding it, Gp, talking therapies.
