Just been put on a course of medication for diabetes and it’s stopped me getting fully hard .
I’m able to cum every day and hold the semi for hours but not quite fully hard
Anyone experienced this - also told to get my prostate checked as this could be the reason anybody got any further advice/ information - slightly concerned |

What MG do you take daily. I have 4 tablets of 10mg given at a time and take them sporadically. But need to take hours earlier as they take ages to kick in. |

Sorry to hear. I had prostate removed and in the same situation. Cialis and viagra dont really work or me so I take injection of invicorp. Take a few seconds to get hard and lasts for over an hour! |

I have mild but still problematic ED due to BP medication and take 5mg Tadalafil daily. It's improved things but by no means failsafe. I'm currently working hard to get my baseline BP down with diet & exercise so I can stop taking one of the two BP meds I'm on as I'm pretty sure after that I'll be stiff as a board whenever I want to be.
While sex is totally possible even without a hard-on, I'm sure most guys would agree nothing beats sex when it's rock-hard.
So full sympathy with my fellow ED sufferers. It fucking sucks. |

I did get it early. Hopefully thebl enlarged prostate can be reduced through medication or even surgery.
I also can't cum and I do miss it! Another side effect is that it has shrunk from 7 to 6 inches 😞

OP and others, appointment with an Endocrinologist is an absolute must; that said, there’s not a lot of them in the UK but can be found privately with some research.
First appointment will be a full discussion and medical history, be 100% honest at this point otherwise you’re wasting money and time; followed by a full head to toe physical.
A whole scorecard of blood and fluid tests will follow and the results determine what’s next.
My ED just rocked up out of nowhere, as guys who have suffered know, it’s a total head fuck!
Endocrinologist sorted me out within a couple of months, the blue and brown pills help along the way but won’t support you if there’s background issues.
Happy for anyone to PM for support or details, wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy; chin up guys, there’s often a solution  |

I would avoid the thought of others helping her out as we went down that route and im now 100% cuckold.

Guys 2 part answer see both please:
A) I actually worked on Viagra (Sildenafil then) back in the day at Pfizer (clinical trials / drug safety) lots of funny stories (maybe later) The "Viagra Effect" was first observed in Canterbury by students trialing "first in man" studies of a new BP med - "Did you notice any other effects" is a standard question and the reply was "er... not sure whether I have a thing for nurses in uniform but... I can tell you from a pharmacology (drug action and side effects) point of view that Cialis/Tadalafil is a superior drug as it works for longer, goes off slower so maybe night and one in the morning too if you are lucky, although some guys now combine low dose of both: in any case BE CAUTIOUS with dosing and talk to your Dr (even if you buy it online they NEED to know (other sites are available and I don't work Gid them but Medexpress is a very good site by the way - use their 25% off coupons) REMEMBER these meds are basically Heart pills / BP meds So use with caution: I get a blinding headache personally and face flushing
B) MOST IMPORTANTLY as others have pointed out (and im an ex (straight) make nurse) ED can be a sign or symptom of a serious condition brewing - prostate, hormones, cardiac, even MS... so PLEASE, do discuss with your gp - you might even get help on the NHS...

I HIGHLY recommend a YouTube channel, Dr Rachael Ross. An American sexologist.
