I've tried 3 positions for DP & DVP.

I think the previous poster to them was actually on about the reverse cowgirl, not cowgirl. Which is another position that works. But I think for most people the standard cowgirl position is easiest and most comfortable. Normal cowgirl is definitely the best position for first time I'd say.

When I've (Mr) helped with this in the past, cowgirl is definitely easiest for both DP and DVP. Have done reverse cowgirl as well with me underneath supporting while the other guy entered from the front. The most enable for me as a guy was the reverse cowgirl position and I was on top. By far the hardest of all the positions but for me it was a lot of fun.
