Does anyone have any advice on how best to deal with people who take your photos and post them on their profile?
I have reported to the admins but they are doing nothing to help and the profile has blocked me without removing the photos
If anyone has had similar issues please could you advise me on how to best resolve this?
If I go to the police does it count as revenge porn if they have taken my photos even though I've never met them?
Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you x |

I've had 3 different profiles take my photos and use them as their own and they also copied and pasted my bio.
They were too lazy to even remove my profile name from the pics though and many of those they contacted got on touch with me to let me know.
I couldn't see the profiles as they had blocked me but one of them was a regular forum poster who has been here much longer than me and has many more verifications than I did at the time so I don't know what they hoped to gain from it.
I asked those who contacted me to report them and I also did and as far as I know they were warned about their behaviour.
I was told by some here on the forums that I should have been flattered but the fact they were attaching my pics to abusive messages wasn't flattering at all. |

Id suggest sending the username to people you know and ask them to report the person |

You could "watermark" them with your profile name. Not 100% but a little more awkward to steal |

Had this happen to me recently on FabGuys... The dumb tart didn't even crop out my face 😂
I woke up to number of messages from people telling me someone was using my pics... The profile had already been removed by the time I searched for it.
I guess all you can do is report again...
Tell them which profile the pics have been taken from and that way they can easily check x |

That will just clog up the reporting system and make the process longer |

Ok as you have reported the profile this will be looked at by admin. It might take slightly longer because they need to verify. Normally admin don't respond but in the case of nicked photos they will let you know when it's been sorted. |
