I purchased a penis pump about 4 months ago. £60 off a site called bondara.
I personally like my pump and thinking of upgrading to a more expensive 1.
After 4 months of regular use I can see a small difference to the size of my penis. It's more girth than length though.
It dose hurt a little bit but bearable.
