I was chatting with some people and I suddenly got this message:

"Sorry you can't send messages just now. Try again in a couple of hours the block will have cleared!"

Not sure what's going on or how I can lift this, can't chat with anyone anymore.

I’ve had that way I’ve mentioned other swing platforms and I get blocked from messaging people for a few hours it’s quite silly

There's no published list of words. It can be a word, phrase or something like a web address. There's typically notice before it's sent, which allows you to get to reword things. The ban lifts after a couple of hours, as you've found
