Blackpool, Aberdeen or Sheffield

The unhelpful answer is there isn't an answer. It'll depend on the club, the day, the weather, the school holidays, the season, the football...

Generally when I've been to clubs the balance has been ok, even if sometimes skewed towards single guys. Same sex couples? Very few, probably more on specific nights. MF couple and single guys are by far the biggest demographics.

And a poor mix doesn't necessarily mean a bad night. I had an amazing night at one club when there were only a handful of people there, but it was the right people. I've had terrible nights in a busy club. You never know wjo will be there on any given night, or what the numvers will be like.

I think there are always more single men than single women

As others have said, it’s impossible to give any one answer.

Partly it depends on whether it’s a hosted night with someone curating the guest list, in which case single men may well be capped, or whether it’s somewhere like Chams where it’s just a matter of which members turn up on the night.

Depending on the event, couples are probably the most represented with single guys being not far off equal or slightly under. Single women are always the least represented - with actual numbers depending on the type of event and, if it’s hosted, the reputation.

If it interests you, it might be worth looking at some of the guestlists published on the forum to get a feel for how they’re balanced.

I think a lot depends on the club. Some clubs are just more welcoming and attended by singles than others. One of the clubs we go to has always had a surprising higher number of regular single women than other clubs we've been to.

(although a couple of those single ladies have now coupled up with a couple of regular guys from the club)

Also sometimes the ratio's are also engineered by the club so may not indicate the true numbers that would attended if the could.

Unless it's a closed event where the numbers are ticketed "to keep the ratios right".... , a regular club night is pretty much representative of Fab under one roof for the night, so 60% mf couples, 35% single males, 5% single females won't be too far out....

I'm guessing that club would be called 'Valhalla'......?
