I think it's probably worth paying the extra to do it in your home country in case anything goes awry and so you can actually access aftercare and professionals you can understand 💜 |

We used spire, in Tunbridge wells, surgeon was superb, Absoluely not pushy, and she started by saying “if you want porno over inflated boobs, I’m not the surgeon for you”
6k nine years ago… and imo, they look natural…

I really want but the having to get replaced every 10-15 years was something I wasn’t aware of. And it’s a bit scary to think I might not be able to afford the replacement in future.
