If you have sh.uk service in your area, and you struggle to order test kits, try right after midnight as that's when they release the next batch of testing kits.
Otherwise, if you're happy to pay, most pharmacies now offer self testing kits, as well as online services. |

Those needles in the self test kits are horrid and not really ideal for the amount of blood they need. We expect that's why they put multiples of them in. We prefer to just go the NHS clinic, and have a healthcare use a proper needle, far more straight forward and less pain. |

Agree, they're awful. Unfortunately, the only nhs clinic near us will only see people with symptoms, otherwise it's the stupid home test kit. |

Who else uses the app “Zults”, I just discovered it recently.
It can keep a record of all your STI results, verified with NHS-SH45, SH.uk, London Heath Clinic and SPO. And reminds you when your results expires for a new test.
Great way to share with others and verify your identity. I think everyone should use it |

"Do it from soft part of finger pad, not the tip. Warm up, swing arms around before."
Totally agree, gave up with one test about 6 months back, couldn't get any meaningful blood out.
Tried again yesterday...warm hands, swinging arms about, still had to work at it, got there in the end.
In all, less work than the local sexual health clinic |
