Do you mean you’re blocked from sending a message to someone?
Could be as simple as you don’t meet the criteria of person they’re looking for and have put a block on receiving such messages.
Some people will also block further messages if they’re not interested. |

Don't think so, but you can try contacting site admin? However, probably by the time they reply, your message ban would be lifted anyway. |
