There is no simple answer to your questions as each person's make-up is different, so the specific effect for each is different.
In our experience though it doesn't work in the ways you've asked about. It also doesn't work in a consistent way either.
Seriously, if you haven't already get checked out by your GP. Despite what anyone claims just blagging it on an online website does come with an element of risk. Not to mention there may be a medical cause which can be remedied so you don't need the blue pills.
Your GP should also give you info on improving your health generally to support improving the symptoms of ED.

I honestly find then more a psychological boost that helps against performance anxiety.
With my wife I have no issues, its only ever other people which shows my issue is more anxiety based.
I used to take them. But never will again.
I used to put myself under pressure, now I have a far slower, more relaxed approach and find it works much better for me.
I communicate this clearly to people I meet beforehand so that were all on the same page.

It’s such a pity that still, a lot of men are embarrassed to say they take these. I know there’s a lot of choking around this subject, however if you had a headache, you would take a tablet to fix that problem and once it’s gone, there’s no problem, this is the same with Viagra, you take it to fix that problem and it’s fixed, happy days again because it’s working fine, really don’t know what there is to be embarrassed about it’s no longer a problem to be embarrassed about |

I take 100MG , I did consult GP as I’m on some heart medication. They bring blood pressure down , so you need to be careful if on heart medication or blood pressure medication. But GP started me on 50MG and now I’m on 100MG , I don’t really have a problem going hard , I just wanted to prolong my erection for longer fun times . It won’t make you cum again and again though !! And sometimes the pills can be hit and miss . Also I seem to get a headache a few hours after taking them . |
