How large are you looking to go?
Silicone filled ones feel great, but weigh a lot and as a result there is more strain on the outer shell.
Cotton filled are lighter and seem to last longer.

I’ve only just stopped wearing breast plates, now my natural ones are growing, keep an eye on Amazon, they occasionally go on sale, around the £40-£60 mark. Rather than the usual price of £80-£100. FemmeForm where the best ones I found covertly listed at £55. Kuhimo ones split easily |

I bought one from someone who was selling them on a certain site for TVs I think it was £120 it’s actually quite comfortable to wear and looks realistic compared to my previous one, not very comfortable to wear in the hot weather as you have to wear a scarf or something with an high neck to disguise the join, another suggestion would be a decent pair of breast forms and a mastectomy pocket bra |
