Hello there admin, can someone please acknowledge we exist and have a gen problem. Many emails sent and not even a reply. Please, please, please , give us some reassurance that we aren't being ignored .

I am really very sorry to have to tell you this, but unfortunately the vast majority of messages that get sent on here get ignored and deleted. Just a fact of fab life. |

It's not admins responsibility to make members reply to messages. If you think there is a problem with your account you need to contact them via the link at the bottom of the page. But if you are just not getting replies, well, it happens to all of us. |

But saying that, I once sent a message to admin that they never replied to. I can imagine they get LOADS of messages though.
Is it a problem that maybe other users can help with? |
