need to feel more, penis sensitivity

Its been a problem nearly every time ive had sex, but recently got a gf again, and I don't feel much 
I get hard easily, too easily really, and can typicaly stay hard along time too, which can cause discomfort after awhile :/
I'm ok when I wank, I think because I move the foreskin up and down, can grip tightly and feel the knuckles, but with sex the foreskin is static.
I think some of it might be mental, but alot is physical too, anyone been through similer? Gf thinks Viagra might help.
emotionaly it also feels entirely normal to me, sex :/, as ordinary as reading a magazine :/, but its really rare thing in my life :/

There can be a lot of reasons why you have a reduced sensitivity, im the same.
There are a couple of things to try first.
With your GF you can do a simple sensitivty test, roll back your foreskin as far as you can without pain, you should be able to roll it back completely off the head. If you cant, you may have a problem and i would check with your gp first. With the skin retracted, get your gf to run the tip of her tongue only around the glans, thats the ridge that runs around the bottom edge of your penis head. It is also the most sensitive point. You should jump, thats normal, and feel every point she touches.
Another thing you can do is retract your foreskin manually just before penetration and hold it back whilst you enter, sometimes, if the vagina is too wet bless her, you dont get sufficient traction to retract your foreskin on entry.
If you are a heavy masturbater, more than 10 a week, you may need to resensitise your penis, stop completely, for at least two weeks only engage in sex, this should help to.
Check with your gp too if you are very concerned, some medications have side effects that can effect nerve responses.

I did stop wanking, and im a ok size, reasonably thick too, she feels tight when I finger her, and my dick is bigger than fingers. about 4-5 fingers worth.
The foreskin is more sensistive than the other bits |

Thanks for the replies, I've looked and Viagra probably won't help, larger doses reduce sensitivity.
I've found some stuff called man1 man oil, it has good reviews for improving sensitivity, downside is it comes from America, not looked at shipping costs, but its just under 15 quid |

Maybe you just need to find the right position with your gf. I find that I can go forever but once I find that right position the sensitivity increases. |
