Search on here for 'dogging and the law' it was an interesting thread - I love dogging but it made me think twice  |

There aren't any absolute facts. Cops can choose to react in any way from sending you on your way all the way up to breach of the peace, contravention of public order act + whatever motoring offences you may be committing.
Depending on how the Fiscal is feeling, you may go to court and depending on the actual circumstances the disposal could range from being admonished to a fine + time on the Sex Offender Register. I've never heard of anyone going to jail just for dogging. |

Well in our previous experience of just wanting a quicky with each other (we're not into dogging, just great spontaneous sex).
We stopped off in the work van at a car park near some woods at about 10pm a few years back, were getting it on and a police car turned up. The police woman stepped out of the car, looked in the window of the van to see me scrambling for something to cover myself, smiled, got back in her car and they drove off! Obviously not that much of an offense.  |
