Tens and e-stim are similar but very different if your looking to use it for play then tens is a waste of time as you will be limited to pads as play electrodes wont fit and its a lot weaker, they run off a 9v battery but can produce strong sensations there are specialist retailers so stick to them and not ebay or you will get some cheap chineese rubbish. Google e stim and go to the first site they are the best devices, maybe worth going to a fet market and see one and try it out. Be carefull and do some research as there are safety issues to consider that can be fatal.
A violet wand is something completely different to e stim. |

I think you can get quite detailed on ways to use and what to use etc. so probably better to find some specialised sites.
We use a tens machine from time to time with small pads and just vary where they go and the different programmes and strengths. The last time was very good. |

They are great fun we had a demo on one at a fetish market if it was up to me we would have bought one but she who must be obeyed said "NO" . But its ok we got some new cushions for the sofa instead ! |

Personally no would go straight to estim unit as tens doesnt allow much room for development and experimentaion, and is designed for different use also would be helpfull to know the details of the vid to assertain whether a tens would even do the same thing ? |

Mainly close ups of cocks with harnesses on them and sometimes sounds too. in that case a tens would be a waste of time, they are cheaper but only have pads. The electrodes and accessories for estim won't fit a tens as they have different connectors. also if you could adapt them which could prove dangerous a tens would probably not have enough power. |

NEVER place the pads either side of the heart very very dangerous
depends on which you get one or multi channel

If you get a proper dual output box I would recommend one electrode in the anus and one in the vagina or two bands round the cock. If it is an e-stim I would recommend the tri-phase lead they sell and then one pad on each inner thigh and one just above the clit.
A pad above and below each arse cheek after a good flogging/caning can help to spread that heat around nicely.
