15 mins absolute maximum even if someone is delayed 15 mins past the time gives them ample opportunity to ring (we never meet without exchanging mobile numbers)
We ve had one no show, we gave it 20/30 mins : (
We've also had what I thought was a no show an it ended up that he turned up but looked nothing like his profile pics, hence me not recognising him lol
