STILL NO MEETS

Hiya. I've been on this site since June 2013 and as yet have not met anyone. Not gonna lie, I do find it quite perplexing when I see other guys' profiles with little-to-no text and no pictures, yet several verifications. I often wonder "What are they doing that I'm not doing?".

Now I know I'm not the best-looking guy on this site, but I'm clean, trimmed, groomed, well-dressed, in good shape, and most importantly, have a well-thought-out and extensive profile write-up. So if anyone can figure out where I'm going wrong, it'd be much appreciated.

You're cute but for me... there are a few things that I don't like on your profile...

1. I'm not a huge fan of seeing bareback pics, I'm uninterested if she's your ex.

2. You start off by introducing your kids. It's not relevant other than to say you're a parent and can't meet at the drop of a hat.

3. There's no instant switch flicking when it comes to being submissive for someone. It's not something you can demand in my view. Needs trust and you have to build that with someone.

I like that you made the effort to write a bit though and your photos are varied (with the exception of point 1). I guess it's all about what others see, it's certainly better than some I've read but I would give a polite no thanks for reasons above.

Dont worry about other people and their veris. Lots of them are fakes but they are easy to spot.

You have written a reasonable profile but you are trying to find a very select type of person. There are not going to be many who meet your criteria so you can't expect there to be many interested.

If you are genuine and serious about it and properly read profiles, contact people who maybe interested in a polite friendly manner and explain why you think you are a match.

Don't expect wonders but if you put in the time and effort you will get your rewards.

This is the main issue I have with advice threads - taking 'said advice' can either hide things that others will now not see, or result in a profile created by the masses due to the owner not being able to portray themselves through their own words - resulting in a profile being less representational of the individual.

Personally I prefer to see both well written AND what (in my personal opinion!) are badly done examples.

It makes decision making much easier.

It's much harder to get a picture of someone once a profile has been rehashed to suit the masses.

Think about a club visit, check out the forums for club nights post on there and then go, treat it as a night in the pub and just chat to people and show off your personality (if you have one) don't expect anything but try to engage with people socially

I didn't see the previous profile, but the photos are good. Take down the negative status - it's not attractive and expand on the text by putting a little of your personality, what you can offer to people without being too explicit. Go to clubs and socials to get veris, as being here for over a year without any, may put off some.

I think maybe you'll find that no-one was ripping into you, certainly not me, not my style at all. Most of my chat is tongue in cheek and the 'haha' or the smilies indicate humour. If you hang around the forums you'll figure us out.

The points I made initially were because you asked for input. I made it quite clear that they were my personal points, not everyone will hate bareback photos etc. so you have to decide what you want people to see of you.

I'm sorry you took offense, there was none intended. I don't see anyone, other than you, having a bitch fit. It's banter... feel free to join in whenever you're ready.
