when im in the chat room my keys keep sticking causing me to be unable to keep up with the chat any ideas polite ones please why this is happening

Do they stick when your not int he chat rooms?

could be lots of gunk built up under the keys...If the key board is old, a new one can be bought for around £8.

is it a wireless KB ? if so change the batteries as they sound like they might be running out.
