I had the same problem on my single profile on my old phone. It was only when I could get online from another source that I was able to display my first verification. Matt

Are your manage verifications and filters open for the age, sex (ie: couples, females, TV's etc)

This happened to me. A friend verified me (female) but I didn't have them allowed to message me on my filters so I couldn't get the verification either

The best thing to do is to take all your filter off and ask them to verify you again xx
