More lube! Make sure you do foreplay and start off slow! I had that he rammed the in straight away and I bled after. Then after that he did it slow and steady and it was fine x |

This may sound crazy, but go lube free for a couple of meets...
I've found lube can make you a bit cocky, so to speak. Urges you to rush to penetration when the lady isn't ready. By stopping using it, you will naturally find yourself upping the foreplay in order to take the big chap naturally.
Turn that square hole into a round one through perseverence rather than taking shortcuts.  |

try some different lube not all lubes the same, my favourite is give lube , they make it all silicone, water, flavoured, anal and bbc lube. hope this helps |
