If you go into a forum catered for what you are looking for, you will find it a lot easier there.
Any decent Domme/Dom (you really need to figure out which of these you want first though), will take it slowly with you.
If they know what they are doing, and arn't just playing "Lets Pretend", which some do, they will take note of your boundaries, and push them gently. |

As has already been said, if you dont know what you are doing, you really need to know that the other person does.

If you DO go to a specialist, ie. a Pro-Domme, remember one thing - sex is almost certainly not on the menu. If you are lucky, you might be allowed to crack one off after the session, depends on the Domme and her house rules. If you try it on, you may well leave via the window with seriously sore knackers.
