No I wouldnt talk dirty unless you know that shes into that, it could come across as offensive. Im presuming as a guy you wont have sex toys as such.

Have you met her before? If this is your first meet I'd do as the others suggest and not indulge in dirty talk. Also, don't go overboard with the alcohol and although a bit of mild bondage is fun, not for a first meet. It's a matter of trust.
Most of all - don't 'try' too hard - just relax and have fun. We ladies don't always need staged theatricals to have a good time!
