I'm a straight male, my profile says I'm straight so why do I keep getting bi males contacting me? Is there a filter for this on here has I can't see one.

Go to "MY ACCOUNT" then "MESSAGE FILTERS" and select select "Block them" in the "Single Men" section. and then you should be free from the messages. Though if the person is already on your friends list they can still send you messages. |

it works both ways, the amount of mails i get from so called 'Straight mails' wanting to play
tehre should be several options you can block depending on your profile setting,
example a straight male can block all males from contacting him,
a Bi guy, has the option to block straight males only.
a gay guy has the option to block all but gay or bi guys contacting him, (assuming gay guy plays with bi guys, some do not i know) an in the second case block bi guys awell
same applies to the ladies here who are only looking for other woman |

No different from getting messages from married men, dominant men, men under 45, men from ethnic groups, dominant men, couples!!! 
Think it's a little unfair you can only block single men...they are the only ones I want!!  |

To be honest most peeps don't bother to read profile's with ours we get loads of friends requests but we clearly state that we will not added just anyone... |

And here lies the problem, not everyone is entirely honest on their profiles, some state straight just because they feel uncomfortable stating bi.
I have had interest from bi guys, I'm straight, but it's no big deal, I express I'm straight and therefore decline any offer, I've still had some very decent conversations via message box, just because I've no interest sexually doesn't stop me enjoying convo. |

Yeah I have that problem with St8 guys, and my profile says BI....perhaps its your 2 pictures and your age that are attracting them. I wonder if the 25 year old army lads with their bare chests and numinous cock pictures have the same problem !! |

I got the odd message from bi guys and I set my filter. But there's no block for couples, tv/ts or fems. We talk about preferences all the the time, shouldn't site options reflect this?  |

i think there should be, i get lots of mail for couples even tho i state i dont meet them, or men from couples mailing off their couples profile, again which i dont meet, so i would like to see a blocking filter for couples, well i suppose to be fair you should be able to black ever group, its not only single guys who can be 'pests'  |

At the moment the site is only able to block one type and as it was mostly the single men that people were wanting to mass block then that was the one that was chosen
Hopefully that may change in the future and everyone can mass block to their hearts content

Most People on here do not read the profile they just skip straight to the pics, the first line of mine reads
"NOT LOOKING FOR OVER 39'S, MF/FF COUPLES OR FEMS THANKYOU"
but I get umpteen messages a day from the above, as previously mentioned in other posts there should be more blocking facilities, not just for the single men |

I agree we need better filters with more options
mind you nothing more frustrating than seeing the same people look at you time & time again only to have single males blocked
I have a MM profile with a friend - it would be so easy to abuse it but I'm better than that - pitty some of the bi guys abuse their MF or MM profiles to get around the single guy block  ! |
