You put one foot through... then the other... then pull the pants up over your butt...

crossdressing is a game played by men for kicks. tranvestism is and expression of who you are. Maybe do some research, you question is as vague as your profile

Just dress up,though if you don't have a partner, that could be a problem, you will need to go out and buy them, "try them on in the changing rooms"? Job done,

You don't even need to go to a shop, you can order online. A lot of shops do click and collect.

I used to do a lot of shopping in store and it is more fun, but online is easier and if you are nervous or embarrassed then online is less stressful.

If you are going to take it seriously, try more specialist Trans forums.

Buy women's clothing, if you want to be more convincing buy a wig and shave (everywhere especially your chest) add make up then ...happy days join the club !

I'm an occasional xd but not in public would love to do it someday though, I bought cheap stuff online, or the occasional item in store - just always enquired "gf asked me to get this if it's wrong size can.i get a refund?" Not an eyebrow raised, just keep experimenting until you find what you like and feel comfortable as and in don't worry about others views. Hth

Charity shops can be a good place to start...cheap so you can experiment and the staff can be a lot more Xd friendly than the high street stores..

Best of luck

Oddly enough, I have no trouble in High Street shops but charity ones scare the hell out of me.

The majority of high street chains now train their staff about the existence of T-Girls and to expect guys to buy girls clothes sometimes. Most of them are not remotely fooled by the blushing stammering bloke claiming the clothing he is buying in his size are for his girlfriend.

It's easier just to own it and buy them. No questions. Most clothing websites have sizing charts so you don't need to guess sizes really. Either order online and use collect+ or other box delivery service, or just go in, pick it up, go to the counter and pay. No need to say it's for you or anyone.

When you get it home, put it on and fall madly in love with the wonderful feeling. Then you're one of us forever!!

I also find charity shops worse as they don't have much staff training at all and often have much older staff with old fashioned views. Sometimes you can feel the disapproving state across the shop.
