The only logistical way I can think it "might" work would be for the two guys doing the DVP part to lay on their backs with their cocks together for the lady to straddle (think this is called King Of Clubs) the guy doing the anal then straddles whichever guy the lady has her back to while she leans forward and enters her anally that way.
Sounds about right in theory but the practice may well be a little more tricky!! |

See of the bed/sofa a table might actually be easiest if it will hold the weight.
Guy one lays down on the table,
