Use the Search facility to say what criteria you're looking for. Approach folks who state in their profile that they are seeking this kind of connection.
Be patient - what you're looking for is a very niche subject - but eventually someone might like to try it.
Repeatedly moaning about not getting responses is only likely to put off folks rather than attract them.
