Can not working

Evening

Is anyone able to help. Our cam is not working. We allowed flash player we've followed all the instructions but nothing. It use to work but suddenly stopped. We've updated everything on the laptop. Has anyone got any ideas.

Load puffin browser on to your laptop then sign in to Fab on there. Cam will work or should do.
