Ive just had a message with this abbreviation D/D. But dont know what it is. Can anyone help me?

Doesn't always mean what it says on the tin by the way. My favourite was the person who said they were D/D free, but wanted to meet in a pub and asked if I minded that they smoked...

I consider myself d/d free but smoke. I always consider drugs to be of the illegal kind when used in that context. It would be the same as saying someone is d/d free but took a paracetemol
