getting verfied

I have had 3 meets all seemed to go well,i asked to get verfied then nothing.....is this normal

Yeah I've had the same issue, I had two meets in the early days on here. Didn't think to ask for veris. Now nobody wants to meet because I'm unverified. Annoying! I don't really want to have to create another user ID.

I can think of two reasons

1 they weren't verified so can't leave on

2 They weren't that impressed.

People then see I have no veris and ignore.

Seems flawed.

Yeah, it's a bit anoying especially when you get people using the time you've been on the site with no veris as a rod to beat you with.

There's a real sense of chicken and egg with this aspect of the site.

Have you asked them to verify you? Some people don’t know if others like them and therefore wait till asked/verified first (which obviously you can’t do). Just drop them a quick message asking if they’d mind.
