This is normal. It's funny, sometimes we our are own worst judges. I think it just takes time to deprogram a little. Lots of communication and having more experiences like this (at your own pace) will hopefully see this fade away in time. Being good at swinging as a couple is a lot to do with communication and simply experience. |

I think the shame and guilt is normal, and in my belief it's just because you are not conforming to. What you are used to and society expects of you.
It will pass and obviously because you shared the experience you're not deceiving anybody, enjoy it and try to let the guilt go on its way. |

Met a couple where the girl hadn't played with another guy before. Mid play she felt so strange/guilty that she shook like a leaf, took me a while to calm her down. It's quite normal to feel guilty for all the reasons explained above. However as a couple we believe that threesome MFM is good but it's nicer and more balanced a MFMF. This scenario is more difficult though |
