A very personal view, but I don’t like the grey suit pics. I think you could be a lot more enticing with your pics and some better lighting.

I think also your profile text needs some polishing, particularly the text that tells women that they’ll be joining a long line of others. No one finds being one of many enticing. A little more tease and suggestion perhaps?
