Hello everyone, I'm pretty new to the site and my main reason for joining is to explore my Bi-sexual side. We've been to one event and I found that I just felt so nervous and unsure of myself that I wanted to run away and hide...not normally shy but I feel like I have nothing to offer... Does anyone have any advice

Never rush in . Take your time get to know a few of the girls at the club. They will help you out . Make sure that you feel ok . Start with maybe a kiss first time ... take from there and always remember its never wrong if it feels right x

Just go at your own pace.

I started swinging with my husband specifically to explore my bisexuality.

Find a lady or a couple you are comfortable with and are happy to go with the flow.

With the right people you will be fine.

I worried that I wouldn't know what to do but it actually felt completely natural.

Thanks both, feels exciting and terrifying at the same time, so I will try and find the right people and take it slow!
