Signs of the above.....
I think the better half is struggling after the birth of our second child.
I've tried to talk to her and reassure her that shes doing a great job. But she just doesn't seem herself day in day out. Our sex life is still really good, but sometimes it just doesn't feel like she's 100% there.
This is for option and other peoples experiences as I'm at a loss |

She needs to speak to someone who either; has gone through something similar or a professional who can help. But things likes this can’t be taken lightly, what may seem like ‘just feeling down’ can spiral when posy natal depression is involved. Not to scare you at all. But better to be safe than sorry as they say.
Wishing all the best for her and for you and your new little one. Congratulations by the way.

It definitely sounds as though she is struggling.
Google 'perinatal mental health' and you'll find lots of organisations that can help.
I've been there, the best thing that happened to me was finding others who were feeling the same way. There is a lot of pressure on women to be the 'perfect' mum so finding a safe space to talk openly really helped me.
Feel free to inbox me if you want more information about where to go for help x |

Perinatal mental health issues affect one in five women.

Talk to your partner again, tell her how concerned you are and ask her if she would like you to accompany her to see a professional. I guess you live in France, I don't know what's in place for new parents there.
Bear in mind that it might not be pnd also.
Good luck to all of you |
