Which club for newbie swingers
Jump to: Newest in thread
I am taking a new gf of mine to a club on Saturday 9th June. She has never been swinging before but is cautiously up for it and I want to take her to a couples only night so the pressure isn't on her too much. I was thinking Xstasia or Chameleons in the midlands, what does anyone else think? I want it to be a busy place with lots to get horny over! X |

It depends - Xtasia is going through a bit of a transistion at the moment, so its not going to be at its best. We would recommend going there from July / August onwards.
Chams is friendly and a great club, but she may find having to dress down in a towel too much for the first experience if she is nervous and we personally find the sight of lots of people dressed up in sexy outfits does it for us, but you will know what works for her best.
We would recommend Atlantis in Stoke, or Liberty Elite in Rugby as they both have areas of the club where nothing is in your face and you can take things at a better pace before you go elsewhere in the venue. If she likes dancing too, then you can also get on the dancefloor at both of these venues. They are also both likely to be busy on a Saturday (As will Chams)
Do not go expecting to do anything, and make it completely clear you dont expect her to either, just go along and socialise and prehaps have a play on your own, set some rules for yourselves and don't break them. (There is always another time to take things further) |

Yes, I wore a very small dress and hold ups last time I went and no-one seemed to mind. |

As we said, if she is confident to dress down, and is okay with wearing lingerie on her first visit out, then Cams is a great choice.
If she wants to go somewhere and remain fully clothed and you think that will be her preference then Libs or Atlantis, or yes La Chambre would be other options, though LC is much further away for you being in Sheffield.
It really depends on how confident your girlfriend is and also how nervous she feels about it, your in the best position to judge that. |

Yup going the other direction, we would also rate VA too!
The good thing is being based in the middle of the country you have 5 or 6 really good clubs to choose from all with 50-70 or so miles of you and some much closer. |

WOW!!! Lots to chew on there! La Chambre is actually nearest, I am 20 miles from it and she is around 10 miles away. I've been as a single and I'm not thrilled with the place, it seems a tad tired and all the Manchester clubs are a bit the same so I thought the Midlands might be the best bet, we are going to stop overnight at a local hotel wherever we go |

Personally we think Chams is a great club. Hotel wise they also have their own rooms up stairs, if you would feel comfortable staying in the club. Dressing down shouldn't be a problem as everyone in the club are dressed exactly the same way and it gets busy there. |

If we stay in the North then maybe we'd better think again about LC but if we do stay up here then what does anyone know about Number 3 club? I went last year a couple of times and it is a gorgeous place but very quiet and I think that it will be much better if whichever club we go to is pretty full as she can sort of 'merge' into the background if she doesn't fancy playing 1st time! |

Is No3 couples only on a Saturday? That might seem like poacher turned gamekeeper (as I am on here in singles mode!) but she hasn't been swinging before and it might be a bridge too far if the atmosphere is slightly pressurised. Xxx |
