Nipple piercings and defibrillators

I have heard that nipple rings are not good if someone needs shock treatment in an emergency on the heart, is this true?

No problem at all, as you wouldn't place the pads directly on top of the piercing. Even if you did, they might get a burn mark, it won't stop the defibrillator from working.
