As the PT’s on here will know there are three main types of cardiovascular training methods!
Long slow duration/continuous - 20/30 mins of continuous exercise at the same average pace
High intensity - periods of high intensity exercise with short breaks in between
Fartlek - speed play, best done with an instructor as you do not know what intensity or exercise you will be told to do next
As we all know, sex is a great form of cardiovascular exercise so with the above in mind which is your preferred method of “exercise” in the bedroom?
Personally we are stuck between high intensity or fartlek, especially since we are more dom/sub and Minnie loves not knowing what’s coming next  |

We love edging, love the look on Minnies face when she’s so close and knows I’m holding her off  |
