ok so we both smoke..we try to be respectful to others..however..we get messages from 'non smokers' and 'wont meet smokers' who on reminding them that we do smoke suddenly become smokers themselves hahaa. and the usual 'oh..does it say that on our profile..whoops we will change it!'
Does anyone else get this?  |

i (the male) smokes the wife doesnt and when we hold parties we always ask smokers to smoke in the kitchen and not the living room where the party takes place and provide loads of mints, but when at someone elses house i dont mind smokin outside but it does get a bit embarrassiing when you aint got you grundies on and someone walks past |

I never read the no smokers bit...unless they specify on the profile...even then I sometimes say I can be a considerate smoker...a couple have messaged me a few times and i just say...I'm still smoking...
not giving up my fags just to get some fanny...I'll give it up when i want or if I'm advised to |

heehee..we always smoke outside..come rain or shine..umbrella at the ready lol. We are conscious of the smell and so we are clean as can be, but nothing like a ciggie after sex
Had one the other day that decided that they would meet smokers as long as we werent heavy smokers..we all smell the same after lighting up surely lol |

The only thing that would put us off people who say they are non smokers who then smoke, is the dishonestly. If they cant be honest about that, what else might come up  |

We have come across this many times.
Non smokers that when we meet at least one of the couple has a cig or two.
Does not bother us as the male here smokes/enjoys smoking and does not want to stop.
Its on our profile one of us smokes so we take for granted our profile has been seen before contacting us.
We fully understand it might/will put people off hence why so many smokers are not!

Smoking is abit like condoms what is said on a profile is often not the reality
We have met quite a few people who say non smokers but when ive gone out for a fag they ask if its ok if they smoke...
and equally met couples who say "safe sex only" but when it comes to it the lady will say "You dont have to bother with that"

I get the opposite.
I'm allergic to cigarette smoke so won't meet smokers, even if they don't smoke before or during the meet. There are occasional exceptions but usually with smokers the smell is carried somewhere, such as on clothes, and I'm sensitive enough that it often bothers me.
However, I still get a lot of messages from smokers. When I reply saying sorry, I don't meet smokers, several have replied to say they've just given up/haven't had a cigarette in x months/only smoke the occasional one and can go without/goodness knows what. Oddly though, most of those profiles still say they're a smoker weeks and months later. |

we've had this a lot when we smoked real cigarettes - people would contact us saying they wanted a meet - their profile says 'won't meet smokers' when we challenge this, they say they will make exceptions. We are now on the electronic cigarettes which give off no smell at all as there is no tobacco burnt. We have changed our profile to non smokers but state that we use the e-cigs - we now have a much fuller inbox! We were at a club last night and still went into the smoke room as we were told we had to. I can tell you that the smell was very strong and we realised why we decided to go electronic but we'll still meet smokers but will be providing mints and opening the window as we like our non smoky house now |

We adapted to them very quickly and they are a hell of a lot cheaper - the OH is saving about £80 a month (he smoked rollies) and I'm saving a whopping £150, They are so many different brands out there now and are being accepted in a lot of places although there are still a lot that don't consider them any different to real ones so banish you outside. The OH and I have different brand ones - I wanted the personal charging case (pcc) so paid a bit more at £35.00 including 2 batteries, 6 tips and a bottle of e-liquid to refill the tips with. The OH went for the type that a friend uses which don't have the case and he paid £20 for one battery and 10 tips. you can look at 'e-cig-re_iews' sites to compare types some even give you discount codes so even cheaper - the e-liquids come in different strengths and flavours and cost about £12 - I've been on them 5 weeks and only halfway through the bottle and I smoked about 120 a week. We haven't looked back as no longer getting the smell, the other harmful substances that you get with the real thing and we still get our nicotine plus money in the bank for sex toys lol |

Not chatted or met anyone where their profile says non smokers but smoke, chatted to plenty though where it says they are non smokers and won't meet smokers but want to arrange a meet even though I do, very confusing but most have not realised they have it on their profile.

As we have said before, we will happily meet smokers, we dont consider them dirty, or smelly or in anyway bad. In fact 99% are very respectful that we are non smokers and either hardly smoke or take a mint after.
The only thing we dont have, by anyone (and that includes my owe daghter) smoking in the house. |
