I would suggest it's hard to say, I the amount of time that sex lasts varies anyway... but it is suggested that they do delay somewhat.
What I do know is that a cock-ring makes you harder and more sensitive, which makes for more intensive orgasms.

Yes I find they do, find a nice fitting one and they definitely add a little bit of extra to a hard cock.

I would not recommend following this advice... wearing a cick ring for too long is not reccomended. So unless you cum VERY quickly you really shouldn't use one for an extended sex session. |

I’ve been wearing steel cock rings for years.
AS LONG AS YOU WEAR THE RIGHT SIZE, in my case 50mm, I’ve had no problems.
I did try & go smaller to a 45mm, but started getting nerve symptoms after wearing that one on a few occasions, so quickly went back to the 50mm. No lasting damage done.
