Any help on making your profile more appealing?

Yes, use words and pictures.
The one and only pic you have isn't very well taken (as in picture resolution) and it's a screenshot.
That could easily be whipped off FB or something. No excuse for it when a photo can be taken and uploaded in a matter of minutes. |

Agree with the above... Think of your profile as an advert for yourself. It is your shop window. Add more pics (that aren't a screenshot), some profile text that tells the reader a bit about you, what you are looking for, what you have to offer people you meet etc. Try to make your profile reflect who you are.
There is no secret formula. Just be yourself. |

That’s how it’s coming across mate.
What I’d say is that you need to put more effort into everything. Why have you a screenshot as your only photo? (kudos though for it being a face pic)
And then get some patience, a lot of people aren’t meeting as we are still in lockdown. |

I’m get the not the meeting due to Covid. I do need to put more effort into my profile and appreciate all the comments. I’m going to improve it, my profile pic isn’t the best I admit. Will sort all of the stuff out soon. |

To be fair, I thought the "puts me off...." comment directed at the OP was a bit rude and he responded in a similar vein.
OP, just sort out a few decent pics, re write your bio & start getting involved in the forum and/or the cams to get yourself known a bit better.

Personally I find the comment about meeting a 99yr old to be appropriate.
I don't want to put words in their mouth but I believe the person who wrote it tried to make the point that the site default is set at age 99, and if someone can't be bothered to set their own profile correctly then yes, I believe it will put people off meeting them.
That said, looking over your profile you have described yourself as ample, yet your profile pic seems to be far more flattering.
Change your current status, never put anything negative, it will put people off.
Your profile pic could be better chosen, You have had over a year to pic a nicer selfie. Fair play, it's a face pic, which is a bonus, but why not take a nice selfie down the park, beach, rollercoaster, whatever, that is in focus?
Your profile text is of no value. What is 'Have my interets??' meant to mean? Assuming I adjust for the spelling mistake (we can all do, and forgive, them) What would 'Have my interests??' really say about you? We know you have them, you have ticked all those boxes.
To be very blunt, your profile consists of less words than I have written about it: 'Looking for friends with benefits or more. Have my interets?? looking to meet someone who likes a likes the same things I do??.' and the twenty three words you have managed to cobble together say nothing about what you offer, just what you want. In a buyers market you might want to be a little bit more savvy about what your selling.

Get a range of photos, so that we could take a good decision on how attractive to us we perceive you to be. They should let us feel as if we have seen you in person and have a good grasp on your physique and looks. If uncertain, people move on.
There's a typo in your text, with a word repeated or missing.
Have your text give us a clear understanding of you. Get it to sell you too. It should help you to stand out from the rest.
Don't expect it to be perfect. Improve it bit by bit and compare your results. There's no rush, ss we can't meet quickly. |
