" Can you really put Balsamic vinegar on chips? OMG why have I never done this?"

Never had it on chips but have you ever tried it with strawberries? Sounds strange but it's bloody lovely. Heat a pan, add the balsamic and reduce it till it's thick and sticky. Slice the strawberries and throw them in. Allow to heat through and add a twist of black pepper. Try it, you'll be surprised.

I would never have funk mayo on chips could be truly essential. Then I dieted , craved a bag of chips.. bought chips. felt bad.

So thought I'd weird out my palette to put me off and dolloped a load of mayo. My diet was subsequently ruined
