athletic or dad bod ?

I’ve been told I have a dad bod and I have always been conscious of my weight just wondering how many of you ladies prefer a dad bod over an athletic one ? |

It takes all sorts - luckily I think as we get older people don’t judge us just by physical body look alone but also include other aspects such as personality, ability to talk !! , reliability etc.
I hope so anyway as my shape isn’t that if an athlete  |

Athletic or dad bod??? Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm sure most women wouldn't care. You could be Athletic and have the personality of a fish and have a dad bod and great personality vice versa and a women would go for personalty, confidence etc all day long!! |

The ‘dad bod’ goes along way as long as you’ve got the banter  both ripped and dad bods can be boring as sin and get nowhere. Be proud of it and show confidence  |

I’ve struggled with my weight for over a decade
I’m a joker and funny guy people like me and I have lots of female friends but that all they are!
Women have to grab me n kiss me or something for me to know they like me coz I’m so self conscious.
As a result I’ve been alone etc for years!
Dating sites etc are all just about how you look not the person I find  |

I’ve never been that bothered about my weight, I enjoy food and do a bit of exercise so I manage to keep myself at slightly over weight. However, last weekend I bought a really cute pink, frilly dress from a second hand clothes shop but it’s too small for me so I’ve started dieting and exercising more because I really want to fit into it. |

When me and my wife first met, I was in the best shape of my life. As time has gone on, I've let it slip a bit. However, she now says she's more attracted to me now than ever before...I don't think I quite class as the 'dad bod' category, but I definitely don't come under the 'ripped' category either haha! |

I’m getting on a bit now and I’m a dad but I am very fortunate to have a fast metabolism which means I look fairly in shape with minimal effort (except running) |

I have a dad bod i use to feel self conscious. but my amazing fiancee soon taught me its not what others like or think its what you comfortable with .now i quite happy walk around our club in my loin cloth or casually get out the hot tub rather than dive for the towel. |
