I totally agree... I think most women need to be turned on mentally first. So foreplay for me would start with some flirty talk, with the odd touch. Then move on to kissing..mouth, neck, ears...most men don't spend enough time doing this...that's what gets us wet. Then maybe a bit of on top of the clothes touching/dry humping whilst kissing passionately.
