I have tried abstinence from Dex/ wanking and I can say it really really works for me.. I don’t know maybe it’s in my head as science says your sperm etc replenishes very quickly.

However I find I cum more, cum harder and have a more intense orgasm if I’ve abstained for 3/4 days..

I've noticed in the past when I come after being denied for an extended time my orgasm seems to sort of roll over into a second orgasm. It's like a double orgasm.
