To be honest I dont like the term sissy ( or trans ) as really it was used more as an insult towards many boys.

For me Kirsty Kate the sissy must be dressed and look as close to a real lady as possible.
Not wearing some wig that looks like they dragged it up from down the side of a couch, lots of effort
If we are out and about they must be in a dress unless we are looking for a male, in the house or in a room they would be full sissy satin dress /maid petticoat the works ready to serve in whatever means they are asked to.  xx |

no , a trans woman or trans man is just that , the sex they are ... male of female basically ..
